Hi I am looking for input on rack and pinion for my 57 nomad, any ideas?

Go for it, I put mine in last winter and love it. Just look around lots of different types of mounts out there and some are better than others. I used Flamming River and hated the install, poor directions and poor phone service. Once it was in I was happy with it though. I also changed out the column at the same time to make it all work easier together.

I there Mark, I did not "have" to replace the column, I choose to since I wanted a modern column, tilt, new turn signals and such. It then made it much easier to hook it up to the rack since they were made for each other:)
