HELLO ALL I HAVE A 55 NOMAD AND I AM LOOKING FOR a crome glovebox door and ashtray door, if there is any one that knows where to find them please let me know my e mail is galar7111@aol.com thanks oh if you do not know why i am looking for this item well back in the 50s just about every one that had a tri 5 had to get a crome glovebox door and ash tray and if you still dont know ask your father i am shure he knows >>>>>>> thanks again

Why don't you just take yours off and have them chromed?

As he said, have yours chromed or if you`d rather not there are usually some on e-bay from time to time,Terry.

I saw a photo of a car with them chromed and thought "wow, now that's cool, wonder how he thought of that!" Now I find out that it once was "popular!"

Seems like getting them chromed might be the easiest way.

Hey guys,

I may be wrong, but think the 53, 54 Bel Airs had a cool, ribbed stainless glove box cover that may do the trick with a little work. Just a idea.
