I'm putting Belair quarter moulding on a 150 and would like to know if there is a template, blueprint, dimensional drawing, or hand drawn sketch anywhere that shows the hole locations or is this going to require a lot of precision guess work?

If it were mine I would just paint it as is but the owner wants a Belair clone with all the trimmings...

The owner is making a BIG mistake, IMO. The value of a "True" 150 sedan is much higher than a Belair sedan.

I know and I've tried to talk him out of it but he has spent a fortune on new and used stainless parts and just loves the sparkly stuff, for me it's a big pain in the a$$ to mount it all...

I agree with Gene, the owner is messing up big time. As for a template i`ve never seen one. Terry.

I've never heard that a true 150 is worth more than a bel air, but I certainly concur that it's a mistake to do what he's doing, but to each his own! I'd suggest taking a look at the various manuals/books that are out there, especially the restoration ones that explain how to restore the exterior.

Probably the best and only way to do that is to find a belair with the trim off and make you a paper overlay template to work off of,Terry.
