Well I have been very slow getting new photos on here, so I finnally broke down and bought a digital camera.

Thought I would start with a few photos of the stainless and chrome I have gotten for my 57 plus the dual quad set, more photos of the car will follow.

Otis that looks like it will shine just fine on the 57. Now where is the 57? Have you got it home yet?

That old vice broke a couple years ago, but the portion left, still is very usefull for banging on.

So now it is an anvil.

The parts and pieces look good Otis, The dual quad setup looks mean. I customized a chinese bench vise as well using it as a redneck press,, now it is a anvil:rolleyes:.

I just bought a new Canon point and shoot camera and tossed my worn out (and dropped) Fuji camera. Newegg had a 1 day clearance sale so I snapped at the price ($150). It was listed at $289.

Canon powershot wide angle SD 870
3.0 LCD screen (no viewfinder)
8.0 megapixel
3.8 zoom (up to 15x manual)
8.0 gig SD card
Image stabilization
1700 mah rechargable battery.

It will take 2250 pictures on the fine setting and about 1.5 hr long movie with sound. I probably wont need all that at any time but I was frustrated with the old Fuji always needing batterys and only able to snap a few pics.

Looks like christmas time without the hassle of digging it out from under a tree!:tu:tu
Now you've got to wrap it back up until it's ready to go on! Looks good!

Otis, it's going to look great. With all the attention, and detail you're putting into it you will be proud when you start 'Cruzin, and people yell "NICE CAR".

'Bout time you got rid of the disposable cameras you had been using:eek:

Hey Otis good thing that new camera has "2.5 LCD with anti glare coating" with all those shinny things you were photographing:D

I must say those bumpers look GREAT! I looked for Mr. D at Good Guys this weekend, guess he didn't get in. Maybe in May he'll be there.

Otis, your parts look real good, but I think they would look better on your car. I'm sure it won't be long.
