Deteriorated CC on wheels

I am looking for a way to remove the old deteriorated CC off a set of IROC wheels I bought for my 55. Any and all suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks!

I just did a set of other brand wheels. I used laqur thinner. It took alot of work

I think i`d talk to an auto painter and ask what they would recommmend to get the clear off without messing up the wheels.
