I am reworking a 56 chevy 4 door front bench seat. Have replaced the bottom side springs. After replacing the burlap covering over the seat springs using hog rings my question is the best method to attach my new seat foam which I ordered from Cars, Inc. I did not strip this seat down as I had to buy another front seat since the one that came in my 56 when I bought it was shot and rusted out.

Foam is not held on with anything, the upholstery will keep it in place, good luck with those preformed foam

You may want to use a few hog rings to help hold the foam in place while you are installing the seat cover. They will not show after the install is finished.
