Quick Odometer question

When the odometer gets to 99,999 on a 1957 Chevy does it roll back to 00000 or does it stay at 99,999? Just curious.

Steve i`m pretty sure it will roll on over to 000000 and start over.

It should roll over to all 0000000 and start again. That's why the newer cars all have the spaces to go into hundred thousand miles.
