I posted this yesterday but now it is gone so I will do it again.
Drove out to Hotroddders house yesterday and picked up a bracket from him that cleanly mounts a stereo in the glove box. It was a tight fit just as he said it would be but I got it in. I just had to massage the air ducting behind it so that the RCA cables coming out of the back of the stereo would clear. I really like the fit and look. Now I have a stock stereo in the stock location and a really good one that controls my ipod in the glove box. My ipod sits in the compartment next to it for a real clean look.
Hotroddder is a great guy and it looks like he does some really nice work. I just want to say thank you again for letting me B.S. with you and your neighbor for an hour or so and also for the nice product. I would recommend it to anybody looking to put a stereo in the glove box.
