Can the 2" lowering leaf spring be used with a rear leaf spring relocation kit...i've heard yes and no...what do you guys think..?

Yes it can. Often a reversed front eye is used on the spring, either to get a bit more lowering, or to reduce the amount the arch has to change.

I have the 2" drop leaf springs that I ordered with the relocation kit, sooo.... yes. Pay close attention to the springs and make sure that you get springs that are within the dimensions of the stock springs(front eye to I bolt, as well as overall length). Ideally they would be the same length as the stock ones. In reality, they weren't.

One more thing, the springs can't have a clamp too far forward or the clamp will hit the "pocket". This goes for any height spring.
