I am having trouble removing the clock from the dash of my 56 BelAir. It's not working and would like to repair or replace it. Can anyone help ????

Tommy try pushing in on the clock and turning it left or right (I cant recall which direction) it should come right out.

I would recommend replacing the clock with a modern quartz clock that looks authentic. I think the last 1956 clock stopped working in January, 1958. Mark

I replaced mine with a new quartz, looks like the original, works like the original (hands even click off the minutes).
Just push in on the clock and turn counterclockwise (left). It is spring loaded and is pretty tight. Had a time with mine but it finally came out.
