Just looked at some new coil spring prices and there was a note that said not for wagons, sedan deliveries. I thought all the springs were the same unless you go big block?

TJ according to the red book a 2dr sedan curb weight is 3,240 and a 2dr sedan delivery is 3,240 so i can`t see why it would make any difference.

There are at least 6 different front springs for 55 Chevys.

Thanks. I guess it makes a difference per application. Glad I didn't jump and buy a normal spring. I would've never known.

And I have spec's on 9 different springs for 56's.
And of course none of them came from the factory with a big block, so what are the spec's on a "big block" spring?

Performance Online Parts on ebay says he has no listing for sedan delivery. He lists a coil spring that says it works on 2 and 4 door sedans and hardtops.
