Hey guys,

I am considering relocating my my rear shocks utilizing the bar atached to the frame rails. Do you still use the same shocks as for the regular through the floor mount? It seems to me the shocks would need to be a little shorter. Also does this require reworking the exhaust pipes to clear the shock bar? Anyone have a good picture of this set-up? Thanks and merry Christmas to all.

you can still use the same shocks, I have installed one, exaust should be ox because the shocks really do not move, just how they are mounted.

Try a search.. LOTS of posts, pics of various mounting ideas.
I made mine to as shortie mounts, off the frame. This opened up the area for exh pipes.

Mine are also welded to the frame individually---Got the templates from old CCI tech article
