Please don't forget that tomorrow is Election Day. Do your duty to speak by going to the polls to vote. A lot of good men and women sacrificed a lot to give us that right, many of them are our friends right here on Trifive.

To all of our Veterans and those currently serving, I salute you, and Thank You.

Speak at the polls or you have no reason to complain later.

The interesting thing is that small, active, political camps in this country control the election results because the "average joe" like myself tends to stay home on election day. It's a well-known rule in my area that if you don't get the support of the large retirement areas you'll never win an election. There are people in those centers that actively distribute absentee ballots and coordinate rides to the polls. In an election where a small number of people turn out, they have the majority vote! In an election like this one where they expect more than 40 or 50 percent turn out, then their vote isn't quite as strong but it's still quite strong. I disagree with lots of their politics, so I should always vote, or shut up!

I didn't vote -- had to take my wife to the doctor (scheduled visit) and then the mother-in-law (82 years old) came over for dinner -- next thing we knew it was too late! I couldn't think of anyone to vote for any way -- they all stink!
