This week end is likely to be the final days for my mother inlaw in this world.:(:(
She has been putting up a good fight for the last several years with a rare form of leukemea. Six months ago she was told that her bone marrow was 95% cancer, and that further kemo would not prolong her life.
She entered the hospice Wednesday of this week. She had been very fortunate to remain in her home and with out pain through out her illness. She went for a doctor visit in the morning not knowing she was never to return to her home again.
She was a kind and gentle person. She was never cruel or intentionally hurt any one in her life.
Though she and and I were never really close, she was always nice to all of us, my kids, grandkids (one of which just arrived 3 weeks ago for her to see.) and my wife and I.
She was gracious enough to put up with a severely addicted car nut for over 37 years, And allow me to store several of my cars on her farm.

The next few days and weeks will certainly be a difficult time for my wife and her sisters to bare, As well as for all of us in the family.
It would only be selfish of us to pray she stay with us longer. Although she will be greatly missed, the time has come to let her go to join her husband in Gods house.
Pray for comfort for us all.

I lost my mom 12 years ago. It was a very rough time. It was 4 months before my wedding. It is a horrible thing, "death". I will pray for your family and all the people that knew your mother in law. Prayer is powerful. She will be a Peace with the Lord, It is us who has to deal with living and the loss of our loved ones. You have all my sympathies and prayers. God bless you and you family.

Father in heaven, our brother Bobby has alerted us that his Mother-in-law and you are about to become best friends on a personal basis. Father I pray that you will give your Peace, which passes all understanding to Bobby’s family and friends as they gather at her bedside to say their final farewells. Instill in them the knowledge that you are holding her in your arms and guiding her along the way.

Father, give your Peace to all of those gathered and to those unable to be there or those that may be too young to understand. Fill them with your Spirit, keep them safe as they journey there to be with family and friends.

Comfort them in the days and weeks ahead as they work through these times of pain, but let them know that your house is where the grandest party of all happens every day.

Father, I also ask that you continue to shed your Grace and knowledge upon us that are here and that we, when called are ready to be there.

In Jesus name,

Amen

Bobby,there's always a chance of survival---Ya'll don't give-up on her!
My son was given a 3% chance of surviving A.M.L. and he made it!
I'm hoping she'll come out of it!
We need to keep praying, cause it does work!
Mike.

Thank you all for your prayers and support.:tu:tu I had my wife Vicky read your responces, she was very touched and she thanks you all very much.
Well mom had a good weekend.:D We had quite a crowd there at one time. I think it shocked the staff. They herded the clan down to the day room and would only let a few in the room at a time. It was great to see her so chipper. Today was a different day for sure. She had a rough night and one of the staff over medicated her.:mad: Even the doctor told her(staff person) to not do it again! But all in all it was a good weekend. We were blessed, thanks to the good lord hearing you prayers. I know we only have a scant few days left with her before she'll cross over to take her place in Gods kingdom. We will cherish even the smallest amount time that remains. Thanks again.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and yours at this time of transition. My last living aunt entered the Kingdom yesterday morning as well after a several year battle with alzheimers. I am sure that she and your Mother-in-law are rejoicing at the Throne today.
