Check out the website here http://www.beachhop.co.nz/ and check out other photos of the days events here http://photos.frontrow.co.nz/index.php?cat=6
The Beach Hop is held each year on the East Coast of New Zealand's North Island, at a Beach Town called Whangamata (pronounced wongamartah).
It's about 4 3/4hrs travel for us, and we stay with friends at their beach house. This year we were supposed to have the 57 finished, but alas still more work to go, so we were going to take the 76 Corvette but had to leave that home with a failed rear trailing hub bearing.
I took a few photos of the TriFives, there were about 50 that I took photos of so here they are.
