Does a factory pwr steering system on a 57 belair along with factory brake system have any retail valve, if so, how much would you pay for something like that? i have the opportunity to buy both systems.

They would if you were doing an original factory correct restoration....Otherwise, nowadays there are a lot better systems out there for the same money.
