I keep my mind on what's important, and my nose to the grind stone. Thirty seven months to go. :secruity:

Just my opinion but until we get some of our manufacturing base back we aren't going the right way.

We here in Australia still have it very good. The money and jobs are still flowing, the Aussie dollar is high against the US dollar and our mining is still booming. The government has taken so many steps to try and ease the burden for when it becomes our turn. And YES we all expect it to hit us soon. We keep watching how some of these European countries continue to fall into strife and we here hope that we will be safe guarded fromn that situation. :p3::p3:

"How are we going to keep a political question non-political?"
To me this is a very political question.
Keeping my answer as non-political as possible - the economy and jobs are not going to change significantly, perhaps not for another 2-4 years. No comment on the rest.

I can't discuss this without getting political so I won't. No, we are not headed in the right direction. I don't think anyone with open eyes would think otherwise.

This nation will never improve as long as we remain heavily divided, "United We Stand,Divided We Fall" :flag6:

Interesting question. I almost checked yes because I hope we've hit rock bottom so then, yes, we'd be headed in the right direction. But, I'm thinking we haven't hit rock bottom yet, but we're close.

Have to say NO!
Through my work I do not see things getting any better. The Industry that we have left is not spending any extra money. Manufacturing enterprises in this county are down because it cost too much to do business in the USA. We still have a lot to be thankful for, but I do not see any fast fixes to the problems at hand.
