Auggie thats funny. I bent my fender lips up years ago with a pair of vices grips. And they didn`t cost me 60.00.

Since the wheel cutouts on a 55=57 around round, you're better of with other means.

I'd recommend a hammer and dolly.

But check out whether you need it. On my 55 rear quarters, the lip doesn't extend back any further than the main flat part of the panel.
