View Full Version : 1955 chevy truck radio
I received my radio for my truck from a member. I would like to thank ozzy4me for working with me. The radio still works and I will be installing it very shortly.
Thanks, rg55

I have one of those Custom Autosound 55-57 radios if anyone interested.
And a radio patch panel for the usually hacked dash.

I may be interested, how come you are not using it?
I haven't seen one of these in person yet to see how well it works, usually like to do that before I buy something..........just aren't a lot of these around to look at here:)
thanks,
Tom

I need more options from a head unit. (Aux in, RCA outs)
I looked for a bit yesterday and couldnt find the radio. The patch panel is from Brothers. Ill sell it for what it should cost... not the crazy Brother's price.. $35 if interested..

I want RCA outs as well.
I don't need the patch panel but thanks for the reply. I thought I saw where you can now get ones that fit with the RCA out so when I get some $$ that is the plan.

Is custom autosound the only one that makes one to fit the stock location or is there another option? Really don't want to cut. I was looking forward to having something that looked pretty original........

My custom autosound craped out too. They did fix it under warentee. IMO they are over priced junk.
Another option would be to use the factory blank fills and mount a head unit in a hidden spot...
