Thought I'd put this one up as well, seeing as I'm happy with it. I know it doesn't even come close to the tri-five category, but I needed a rough draft before I start on the master pieces. This has been many colours before this final one.

The wheels are from an R32 Skyline GTR model, although they may not stay on there.

Colour is Gunmetal Grey. The lowering was easy as it's got the metal rod that goes throught the chassis front and rear. So it was just a case of filing vertically and voila, the car is lower. Hardest part was to make it even.

The "chrome" trims and wipers on this are all hand painted "polished steel" as I knew nothing about BMF at that point.

nice work. i like the second picture. looks like a real car with the photo angle and stuff in the backround.

Very cool, I always liked the early pony cars.
Especially the 1969 Mach I.


Awesome work... Very nice detail.
And yes the car looks real in the second photo.
