What needs to be done to the two door hardtop door skins to fit on a two door sedan door?

Yes! I had the same question! Cars has door skins for sedans though in their online catalog.

They are going to be the same until you get to the window area. So you'll have to leave an inch or two (maybe slightly more) of the sedan door below the window, and trim your h/t door skin to match.

I think it would be better to make the weld seam on the high crown area. But by not making it too close to the window frame you'll be able to get to the backside with a dolly to straighten the weld seam.

I like how this guy thinks of some of the important stuff. Thumbs up Rick :D

Thanks for the help. I've seen the Hardtops and Converts but I didn't know they made the Sedan. I have a convert door with the inside cut off. It may be better to trade it off and buy the right skin.
