Hi everyone, I am new on this site and by viewing it often it looks like there are alot of expertise.anyways here a ??,,, I recieved a billet specalist steering wheel,putting it on is not the proplem its the horn piece A WIRE that clips into??? //// well that into is not on my orriganal wheel colume. any help. thx

I SURPRISED THAT YOU DID NOT GET AN INSTALL KIT WITH THAT WHEEL. THE INSTALL KITS ARE PER CAR AND HAS THE HORN CAP AND SPRING ETC.STEVEN

I think that wire is your horn wire, that, when grounded will sound the horn. If your mast wiring is all conected correctly (and you have a horn wired in) try touching that wire to the center nut and see if it sounds the horn.
If this is the case, the wire is attached to the backside of the horn button which should have a rubber ring around it to keep it from grounding... until you push in on the button creating a ground, and sounding the horn. At least this is how my Colorado Customs aluminum steering wheel/horn-button works.

The others are correct as far as I know. The wire from the spring loaded plunger connects to the bottom of the horn cap and the plunger is retained within the aftermarket mounting hub/collar. That's how the LeCarra wheels work. Good luck.
