I know this has been talked about before but I'll ask again.
Last Fall I installed a new aluminum radiator in my 55 so now I have this heavy old stock radiator taking up space in my garage. Is the original stock radiators worth anything or should I just scrap it out? :confused0006: Anybody interested?

TV someone restoring a 55 to original may have a use for the radiator. Put it in the classifieds and see if you get any bites on it.

I'd say yes, take some pics so we can see the numbers/date code etc.

The radiator has been painted about a dozen times so where might I find the numbers or date code? I will send some pics this weekend.

The numbers are on the engine side of the top tank. Some to the left of the outlet, the others to the right.

Date code to left....P/N to right...Should be able to see them, even through a few layers of paint.
