Yes it is a Nascar Truck. DEI built, driven by Ron Hornaday. It is pretty rough and has been sitting in a field, but it is very restore-able and very cool. The question now is "what do I do with it?" I'm pretty certain I'm going to put it on Ebay but I have to get some more info on it. I know it's 1997 or 1998. Pretty cool huh?

Man love that truck.You have a good idea about more info on it.The more history,the more money.If you can get somebody from DEI to talk with you about it.It could be a truck from a year he won a championship.Decal placement can tell you what track it ran on,and when.Good luck.

Here's a pic of it put back together and cleaned up a bit. It is rough but still looks cool sitting in my driveway. I put it on jackstands to clean it, and decided it would be harder to steal like that until I can get it inside.

The DMV can create a VIN and issue a title if it is street legal. Similiar to a kit car or custom built bike.
