upper a arms

In rebuilding my front end I can push the upper a arm bushings in by hand almost. I know this is a sign of wear. Has anyone got any ideas how to take out a small amout of wear in the upper a arms ?

John, back when I worked in a front end shop, if we had one the bushings didn't fit real tight in, we went ahead and pushed them in and then spot welded the flange of the bushing to the arm. Just a couple small tack welds. Of course if the arms are already painted, it will mess up your paint.
