Mine is loose so I want to tighten it up. How do I remove the horn to get at the wheel?

On a Belair, there is a screw from the bottom of the wheel holding the horn cap on to the horn ring. ....http://www.trifive.com/garage/55%20Chevy%20Assembly%20Manual/9-4.gif It may be a clutch head screw.

you can borrow a puller from advance auto if you need to. :)

If it's a 55, cars made in the first part of the model year had no screw, just spring clips. You just grip it and pull it off.
I guess too many of them ended up in owner's laps, and they added the screw.
There's no hole for a screw in an early wheel either.
