has anyone out there used the front frame stub from Streetrod Engineering? I am putting a 454 in my car, and am thinking about buying their front frame stub.

I haven't. I do however have a front sub frame from Progressive Automotive (http://www.progressiveautomotive.com/default.htm) .

From their website.

got it in, and the only problem is the bbc mounts they sell you don't work. they get in the way of the steering shaft. With some refabrication it all worked out great. I've been driving it for almost a year now and it's great! Now I have to find a better way to cool it. I already have an aluminum radiator, electric fan, but still run a little hotter than I like.
