I friend of mine has a 84 Jaguar with a IRS inboard disk brakes rear end, it has a dana 44 mid section. for 100.00

My question is how hard do you think it will be to fit it under my 57?
I know it will take some fab on the rear frame rails.

Also has anyone ever tried to narrow a Jag IRS?

Thanks,

Will

Hi Will
The Jag rear is more than doable . They are fairly easy to install and yes you can narrow them with ease, not to mention they ride fantastic. The key thing to look for when installing is pinion angle and the obvious tracking. Note how the unbolt out from the Jag and this will spawn plenty of ideas for your installation. Good luck and take pictures and ask lots of questions . :D
