Measurement for emblems

Hi All,
Would anyone know how I can get the measurements on wear to drill holes for the crossed flags and feul-injection emblems?
It would be for a 1957 Belair Convertible, each fender.

Steve....Looks like your threads were merged together.....No need to post your question twice.

Don't drill holes, grind the posts off the back of the emblems and stick them on with 3M double sided tape.
