You sound like you are a little streched thin on the car time for sure. I think i`d just drive the new 56 as is for awhile and work on the others.

Vintageiorn,I've the same problem myself.Now working on-57 hardtop,68 chevy pick-up,66 GMC pick-up,67 Chevelle El Camino.I'm driving the 68 and another 57 I have.
Sometimes I just stand there and look at them and think---what next?
I was doing that today and decided to put front and rear driving lights on my lawnmower.

Welcome to the site. Looks like you have a lot going on. I think do one at a time but that is just my thought. Good luck.

For the 56 I'd recommend that if you want to change the floors, get the one-piece floors offered by Star City Classic Parts. Gene is a site sponsor too. It has all the braces welded to it for a great price. Weld in one piece and you're done. :D
