19th annual San Jose Classic Chevy Club's Car Show...Toy & Food Drive Sat. Nov. 17 at Bethel Church, 1201 S. Winchester Blvd. San Jose, CA. Setup 7-10 am, gates open 10-3. Breakfast 8-10 am hosted by Bethel Church. Everyone welcome; open to all makes and models of cars. Raffle prizes, first prize 3 days/3 nights Hot August Nights, 2008. Entry is new unopened toy or unexpired non-perishable foods. Call 408.286.6246 for info. No alcohol.

Those of you within driving distance, the annual food drive and car show put on by the San Jose chapter of the Classic Chevy Club is next month, November 22, 2008. Hope you can make it. The show has been moved to Cathedral of Faith in San Jose. Admission is an unwrapped new toy or two non-perishable food items. Several car clubs attend, including Buick Club, Corvette Club, and Falcon Club among others. Sorry I have not posted lately as I have been working on an old Harley Shovelhead and scrounging parts. Great show and now at a good location. 'Will be able to accomodate more cars. It's usually a nice, relaxing day. Our club, TriValley Classic Chevy Club, will be attending. Hopefully, even Randy57 will be able to make it.
