Steering slack

I have a 55 two door htp and have added a 605 steering box. The power steering works very well but I have a lot of slack. What can be causing the slack and what do I do to remove it. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you sure it has slack or is it just not a good road feel? That seems to be the complaint of the 605`s is a loose or nonsecure road feel. I am personally still running the original box for now. I want to see how the newer 600 steering boxes pan out. Terry.
