Hey guys a bunch of us went to San jose, Ca today to meet up with Mark (grammas55)and his show, Motofest. I think this could be the very first TriFive.com sanctioned get together. There were 5 of us there together

, Bob (Viper57), Mark (grammas55), Mel (mel56), Charlie (CWTasto) and me Randy (Randy57), as well as some non TriFive guys from our non virtual club, TriValley Classic Chevy Club.

There was about 100 cars and M/C there, not a huge showing, but enough to keep you busy for a while. There were two great bands that played the entire time and some really tasty food as well

There's a corvair club right here where I live. There's 3 of those rampsides around the corner from me. They are cool trucks( vans, pickups? whatever

It is fun meeting new folks, in reality Mark is the one new friend for all of us, but for him he got to meet 4 new friends in person

There are plenty of these opportunities, even if the cars are not done. You just need to show up and have some fun. We spent most of the day doing what we do best, BSing

Our club will have its every two year show on Sept 13th in Dublin, that is a lot closer for you "valley" boys

so maybe we can get a bigger group together then. We will need to do better cause once them there Texans get into it who can beat 'em

Otis I am always glad to do what I can to spread the word of TriFive.com, you have a great site here and a bunch of fantastic folks as well
