I redid my exhaust system this summer and installed the electric cutouts. I ran a 3.5" Y tube right off my header collectors with the cutouts on one leg and the other leg is reduced to 2.5 that goes into the tailpipe/mufflers...basically when they are opened it is like exhausting stright from the headers with no reduction.

Sure wakes up the neighborhood
Also it's great when some ricer pulls along side at a stoplight with his "boom,Boom, thumpity, thump volume " and Phart can muffler ---flip the switch and drowns him right out.
