Thought I'd post a couple of pics showing what I've been up to lately. I've gotten to the "detail" part of the build where things get tedious. I plan to build EVERYTHING for the car before it's painted, so all I have to do later is assemble it. At least that's the plan.
![]() I'm about halfway done with my throttle linkage on the engine, but I need to machine a few pieces to finish it. First is a picture of my electric power brake booster. The plumbing is coming together, and I just have to connect the MC to the frame and build a fluid reservoir. The frame is completely plumbed with the exception of brake hoses to the calipers. I mounted the pump to the booster bolts with a bracket I built that isolates it from the body. I didn't want to use hoses and clamps, so I welded AN bungs to the remote reservoir block and I'm using teflon SS braided hose instead to minimize the risk of leaks. I have to machine a couple of adapter fittings to do that. This will all be totally hidden under the inner fender. ![]() Next I built a coil bracket to locate the red MSD Blaster coil under the intake manifold. The stock Ramjet 502 ECU sits in this location, but since it's gone (I'll be using a Holley Commander 950 ECU) I figured it would be a great place to hide a coil so I made a mounting plate out of aluminum. I will be putting a large 150 or 175A alternator fuse on the plate beside the coil, and all my electrical wires will be routed through there as well. My fuel hoses to the central fuel rail are also done. ![]() I've also been collecting all of my sensors, connectors, wiring, and other electrical stuff so I can start on that soon. I am currently building seat brackets and will post pics of that later. ![]() Lots of things left to do. ![]()

Hi Lazlo.
Your build is a true piece of art, everything is pushing the limit of what can be done to a TriFive. |

Before I wanted paint on my car as soon as possible, but now I find more things to fit and brackets to weld to the body all the time. Sometimes it is your "fault" ---actually I have to thank you for many things I almost forgot.
.Now I don't want to paint my car, can you imagine if I would forget any bracket??! ![]() Anyway! Nice work as always Laszlo. |

Looking exquisit!!! It always takes time to do it right. I've got to search in my garage to find some 283 pulleys for my engine now.

Congrats on your progress. As you know I'm working on my nomad and I find great inspiration following your build. I've mounted my C4 IRS following your lead and hope it works out as well as yours.
Good luck. Russ |
