Default california frame
hello i have a 55 i just looked at a one piece stock frame and near the back tire it has a welded piece on both sides they look factory please help

I think you're referring to the weld joint on each side just in front of the axel hump.That's a factory joint.There's another right behind the front crossmember.It's real ugly!
I'm guessing from your description.
