I thought i would take a shot at saying hello to everyone and giving a little info about my self. I'm 33 years old and love cars...Well Chevy's anyway.
I've restored a few over the years with my father and have been looking for a 55 hardtop for some time. We have done a 66 427 Corvette to original, and just finished a 348 big block 58 impala. I sold a 68 Camero ss and still have a 1970 L46 corvette convertible. My first vehicle i bought was a 1955 Chevy pickup at 12 years old with paper route money. I got lucky 3 weeks ago and found a 55 hardtop and brought it home. Have already dove head first into the Restoration. I'm really looking forward to sharing with everyone.

thanks guys im a little obsessed with this car I actually got the bumpers on, hood cowl, door mech, truck lock and latches grill and light buckets on this weekend and last night the wiring harness, vent wire, emergency brake were also added. Helps that dads retired....lol i'm glad to see young guys on here not many of us do these types of cars, which is too bad.
