What I have done, is take measurements, then with a stiff piece of wire, bend it into the general shape. Then with the help of a good counterman, go through his stock to see what would be a good fit. Even go as far as buying several hoses to try, and take back what you don't use.

SDEEP, I know you are wanting someone to tell you a part number so you can just run down to the parts store and pick it up BUT we all have used the coat hanger wire suggestion with great success. The only additional requirement the parts counter guy is going to ask is the size of the hose on both ends.

Using the coathanger works great if you have a parts shop that will let you go look at the stock. I have to say it, because I do not like the look, but the convoluted metal hoses are the easy way too go. Can be bent into any shape, flow well and come with adapters for any size end. Cost around $40. Not cheap, but not much more than a regular hose and a lot less hassle. I have them, just do not care for the look.
