I used to chase a lot of leaks in that area on th350s. It may not be the pan, does it still have a TCS solinoid Just below the cooling lines. Many leaks in this area are the dipstick O ring. I have also seen the O ring on the kick-down cable leak.

As USA1 said above. I would look very close at the "O" rings on the filler tube as well as the kick down cable. That is more than likely where your drips are coming from.

First Id clean all parts of tranny, UNDER NEATH , start car , then shut off, and put clean piece of card board under her, let her sit , then start looking for leaks, you should be able to take flash light and look where its comming from ![]() |

Just because we've been dealing with the tranny leak for awhile, we were always thinking it was the old pan. Got a new chrome pan, still leaked. Took the car back to the shop where we got the 350 tranny installed and it was the gasket where the shifter comes out of the tranny. Might want to check there. Just a suggestion!
Good Luck!
