Not an update on work performed, but a big day, nonetheless. For over a year, the Nomad has lived in a friend's shop, because he had an engine hoist and a lift which were needed for the initial work. Unfortunately, it's a 75 mile round trip to go there to work on it. So, it's sometimes been hard to be motivated enough, or find the time to spend a day over there. Also, more than once I've gotten over there only to discover something I needed that day is still in my shop.
At any rate, I spent much of the last month getting my shop ready for the Nomad. It was difficult finding a place for all the stuff, much of which was not mine, and a pain to get ready. But, it's here, and now the real work begins. My shop is 40 x 26, so not too big, especially with two cars and some stuff in there. It does have heat, however, and an apartment upstairs which is now used for storing Nomad parts. I can hardly wait to just walk out after dinner and do some work on it.... ![]() ![]() ![]()

Very cool the nomad looks great. I have a 32x38 ft garage with five cars in it,in various stages, plus all my tools. I at least have 4 of the 5 running so I can move them out to work and paint or whatever, but it is still a pain. If I had a 60x100 ft shop It would probably be full too. Keep us posted on the nomad progress I look forward to seeing it progress. Take care-Mark

Puzzley that has to be a very good feeling to know that the Nomad is back under your own roof. And close enough to be able to work on whenever you want to.

Looking good John, if the garage were any bigger you'd have to buy more cars!
