Starting to think of interiors. how common is it for buckets in a 4 door. Wife and I want to cruise in comfort so I'm thinking of puttting them in ours. If I do than I am thinking of a console and floor shift instead of column. now's the time to narroe this syuff down.
Thanks

Not real common, but I've seen a few over the years!Even seen them with 4 buckets(front and rear).
I certainly don't see anything wrong with them in a 4 door. Since you have the room, how 'bout swivel buckets?Easy in and out! I say go for it! Mike. ![]()

I have '64 Olds Cutlass buckets, '63 Impala console, '69 Camaro 3 speed trans with a Hurst floor shifter in my '57 4 door wagon. I love it, wouldn't want it any other way.

I traded my 99 tahoe in for a new truck this winter and they had the most comfortable seats I'vew ever had. thinking of measuring those for the BA of my sister had swivel buckets in a 76 Monte Carlo. maybe something along those lines.

Dave, that's why I suggested the swivel buckets.I bought a 76 Monte Carlo new(Landau)that had them.Like to have another set.
I do have 2 65,Impala S.S. auto consoles if you decide.I don't have the shifters. Mike. ![]()
