Was there one 'gang' connector at the back of the switch or were individual wires connectoed to the posts? I have been trying to find a large 'gang' type connector with all the wires going into it, but I am beginning to think I am chasing a ghost. HELP thanks Butch

I cut out my molex connector on the back of my 57 ignition switch and wired all circuits independantly with larger size wires. I used 12ga wire.

The 56 had 1 three wire "Packard 56" connector and the rest were single wire connectors. I like the single wire connectors better because you can tell if one of the connectors is loose. With the gang connectors, one terminal can be loose but you don't know it until it heats up and melts the plug. http://www.trifive.com/garage/56%20C...anual/12-6.gif
