I usually do not share story's like this but since i have lost out on the last few days here at trifive and probably nearly been banned by Otis i felt it might be appropriate. My adventures all started last Friday night when i went to log on to my computer and kept getting error messages that my lines were busy. So now the story starts to make a curve in the road and to make a long story as short as possible i endured the same busy signal till Monday afternoon. During this time frame i had called my ISP multiple times and had no answer from them at all, just that press 1 or press 2 for this, or press 3 if this is a emergency:eek: Ok lets try that one and still no return call HMMMMMM what the heck why is no one returning my calls. I can answer that one after contacting the company headquarters Monday afternoon i find out THE COMPANY IS BANKRUPT and they did not contact any of there customers. Now it starts to get a little easier LOL so i think i will just get another ISP not a problem. Get everything set up and seem to be enjoying it till i get talking with the wife who set up the new account, now do not worry no one was harmed in this story anyway i am getting ready to send out new e-mail change notices to everyone and as i am typing in what i thought was the correct address i hear this that is not right, this is the correct address, darn it:eek: now i have to go and change all of those e-mails addresses ok done that hmmmm e-mails are not responding now what the heck so i check back with the new ISP oh you are using the wrong e-mail address :eek: hang in there everyone i am almost doneLOL so back to the original e-mail address and BINGO everything is working YEAH.

Now although that is the end of my end of the my deal i must add a big THANK YOU for Otis and all of his help through this ordeal he did some first class work helping me out so i did not have to register again and changing my e-mail for me since my browser would not let me upgrade. Sincere thank you to you Otis i appreciated the help.

Sounds like one of those deals that make you want to pull your hair out,HAHA. Thats why i keep my hair very short, so all the challenges don`t drive me to baldness.

I have to admit i was very frustrated and to give up three days of Internet surfing LOL i am not addicted to the Internet but i do like to check on things specially after i think of something and want to retrieve information. But the one thing that made me mad was a company that i stood by for 15 years does not have the gonads to at least send me a email or letter saying they were going out of business. I think they could of at least done that much rather then just leaving everyone wondering what the heck happened to there Internet service.

I understand that feeling also. I went without the computer for 2 days a couple of weeks ago and i`m glad i don`t have any real bad vices. And my computer or ISP wasn`t the cause, i was just too busy.
