Default HALLOWEEN CANDY

Wifey and I made our weekly trip to the Grocery store this week and I couldn't believe my eyes were seeing a display of Halloween candy... Back to school isn't for a month yet... Seems a little early to meLater, Dave

Isn't that rediculous? Worse than that, they are already cutting Christmas trees in preparation for the "big" holiday. That's why so many of the cut real trees you find in December are actually painted green - to cover up the already dead needles.

They rush through the holidays so much, I get confused about what time of year it is anymore.

Halloween: Dress as Ernest T. Bass from Mayberry & chuck the candy through the windows.

Christmas: You can buy a Xmas tree craft kit to put together yourself.....it's a bag full of pine needles, tube of crazy glue, and a broom stick. Instructions are included in foreign language not of your choice.

Dwight my friends wife worked at Hershey's when it was still here in the US and they are 6 months or more ahead making seasonal candy. So when the holiday gets here it is already many, many months old:roll eyes:

I saw a bunch of bags of the miniatures, but there was no indication it was for Halloween, I just figured it was for back to school lunch packaging.
