Hey everyone. Was wondering how many Tri Fivers have done a camero front end graft. Any probs or sticky spots? Guess I should have asked thid befor I did it. Came out well and am anxious to drive it to see how it handles.

Dan there used to be a lot of the Camaro grafts done but since there are so many ways to make them drive and stop better now with all the parts for the tri fives you don`t see them as much as you used to.

This is the topic I've been searching for, so 56wagon Dan thanks for posting. This is my first real post on this site so bare with me. I'm not trying to highjack this topic. I've just started on my wife’s 56/210 4dr wagon. I have a lot of work ahead of me. I'm real interested in what it takes to perform the camaro graft, as I'm a novice. I've looked and looked trying to figure out what to do here, and I've determined that I'm not wealthy enough to purchase the kits or suspension upgrades to bring the suspension up to par. With all of that said I'm considering grafting a mid to late 70's camaro subframe but would like some advice from the wise. Is there anything out "there" that will help? Thanks for your patients and if I’m barging in and you’d rather I can start a new thread.

I have one on a 56 Chevy, aquired after it was grafted, but the car has not been completed. I am assembling it now with a 5.3 and the only problem I am having has been fitting a crossflow radiator, the original style should fit fine. PM me if you want some pics.......Ernie
