I am considering having my clock(which does not work) repaired using a quartz movement.
I have looked at several sites that do that type of modification, but prices vary quite a bit. Does anyone have any recommendations on who to contact about upgrading the clock?

Do a search on this site. A couple members converted their clocks using kits from craft stores.

I'm not sure who does their work, but I bought a clock with a quartz conversion for my 56 from Cliff's Classic Chevy. That has been at least 10-12 years ago, and it's still working perfectly. I don't have thier contact information handy, but I'm sure if you search the web, you'll find them. They're out of Oregon.

I checked Danchuk's site. They have a replacement for $119.95.
Most of the sites that take your existing clock and put a quartz movement in it cost more than that.
What I am missing?
Also does anyone know of "coupon codes" for Danchuk?
