Any suggestions for an alternator (10SI type) for a 6? Seem to find plenty of V-8s. Thx.

Looks like the driver's side front engine mount bolts thru the generator bracket.
Do you need to support the front of the engine when removing the mount to get the generator bracket out? |

Yes, and you my need to pry a little to get the new bracket in. Just did the conversion last week on my '56 Townsman.
