Anyone know where new door hinge covers can be acquired? Or an accurate drawing for one, so I can laser cut some. Taking old ones that are not flat and create a part from that is not good. Everyone on my 55 Delray is like that and I want them better. Any help would be appreciated.

No, it is a 2 door sedan and all need replacing on the door hinges. They are really distorted. CCI used to have a part available, but no longer and won't give me a drawing. I'm sure others have the same problem, what do they do?

There should be plenty of good used hinge covers out there, because they are the same for the front doors of 4 door sedans. Check Ebay or other used parts sources. I don't think you'll find repros on this item.

Hey Man; if yours are that bad, and you are doing a zero-timed resto, scrounge up some good used ones from a 4dr. sed. Most people don't molest 4 drs much as the 2drs.As bad rusted as the floors and rockers are on my 9 pass, these covers and hinges are in great shape.Good luck,David
