1957 Bel-Air/4 door sedan/ total rebuild nearing start: 350 engine 10.5:1 compression mild dome pistons, Scat OEM replacement cast crank (http://scatcrankshafts.com) with OEM cast heads w/ 71.5cc chambers, triple-angle grind / 1.60/2.02 stainless valves, springs good to .525 lift. NOS Crane Cam (ground by the "old crew", before bankruptcy in 2010ish), medium performance street cam, .515 lift with 1.6 rockers. TH350 transmission with Alfred E. Neumann hand-painted shifter handle, Boss Hogg (http://www.accperformance.com) converter to be about 2600 RPM stall or so, 10 bolt 7 1/2" 3.07 rear end, 4" shorter than OEM, plans to do "very clean" $90 tub (using http://www.fabquest.com/custom-parts/tubbing-kits.html) with room for 15" x 10" rear wheels. CPP front disc brakes / 2" drop spindles, 2" drop in rear, 3/4" NASCAR surplus billet tie rods, 525 manual box. 22 gallon ATL fuel cell in trunk, Roch. Qjet carburetor with ? intake manifold.
