I just found out my Wilwood master cylinder is part of the recall group. Scary that it could have failed crossing the stripe at 130 mph at the drag strip!! Dang! The recall affects only the 7/8" bore. Here is the link to the recall.

Thanks for the heads up. I have a Wilwood MC, but not sure of the bore. Mounted but not used. Purchased 7 years ago. I'll read the recall notice and checkout my unit.
I have that same unit/size. Saw your post and ran out to the shop. Mine was mfg'ed in December. Had retrofit piston. All good. Again, thx for the heads up
Probably not going to be too many people affected, since 7/8" bore is mostly used without a booster. Unfortunately, I've got 2 with 7/8" bores, I'll have to check the dates on the newer one, the older one has to be in the recall.
I have one w/ a 7/8 bore. No booster and discs front and rear. My pedal is a bit soft and I'm thinking I should have used 15/16ths.
Have you encountered the same thing?
One car has 6/4piston disks and the other has 4 piston disk/drum and prop valve. All disks units are Wilwood. Firm pedal on both for me. *shrug*
